Our standard PVA rollers are made in our special Taiwan factory specifically to yield the highest quality possible. The pore size can be accurately controlled to a customer's specifications. Our highest standard of quality control and attention for detail is used in the production of our current roller line. Their slip on core production lends to easy cleaning and thus less downtime. Our unique PVA production process yields a more resilient roller that will provide more consistent results during its useful life.

PVA can be used in place of hot air drying and blowing to save not only expensive machine costs but also energy. Its purity, softness, and excellent absorption/retention properties make it a widespread choice in the cleaning or manufacture of printed circuit boards, hard disks, semiconductors, LED and LCD glass panels, food, paper, and films. Microscopic particles that can easily cause defects in the manufacture of sensitive electronics and other works are easily removed by our PVA without damage. They also make excellent paint rollers.
